CSA Boxes 2020

Have you heard of CSA Subscription Boxes?

What is a CSA you ask? CSAs - or Community Supported Agriculture - are a way of purchasing healthy produce and supporting local farmers. CSA members purchase shares from their favourite farmer at the beginning of the growing season and pick up fresh produce boxes every week.

By purchasing produce subscriptions at the beginning of the season, CSA members help provide small-scale farmers with much-needed capital at the start of the growing season for things like seeds, farm equipment, etc. CSAs are the original grocery delivery service, only they are farm-direct and super fresh. CSAs come in a variety of shapes and sizes. You can find boxes that have enough food for a single person or a family of four or a box that runs a couple of months to a whole summer season.

Below is a list of local farmers from Surrey and Langley who offer CSA Boxes in 2020, choose your favourite and contact them directly  to book your box!

Pinsch of Soil Farm

We’re all about growing food in a sustainable way, mimicking natural ecosystems in many aspects of our farm. We’re on a quest to establish perennial garden beds in which we grow a variety of perennial and annual vegetables, inter spaced with pollinator plants and other companion plants.
